I’m am currently working through the MOOC in preparation to teach DT for the first time. I have a Year 9 and 11 combined class, so to support student development towards senior years, I intend to use the SACE performance standards rubric to guide student assessment criteria. I am also developing a flowchart that indicates the stages of the design process from developing a game idea, to game plan, pseudocode, prototype, solutions, review and adjust, then evaluation.
