The key differences between cyber security, cyber awareness and cyber safety that I understand are as follows:

Cyber Security is the specific and technical practice of protecting networks and devices, and the systems and data located on them, from theft, destruction or other attacks.

Cyber Awareness involves people being mindful of their behaviour and knowledgeable of how it increases or decreases protection of their information or information they have a duty to protect.

Cyber Safety involves people having and applying the knowledge and ability to safely and responsibly use ICT.
I think cyber awareness and cyber safety should be specifically targeted in Digital Technologies classes and reinforced as lessons in any subject where digital technologies are in use.

I think cyber security is should be taught through all years of Digital Technologies, starting with a general knowledge in younger years, then becoming more specific and teaching the ability to apply it in real-world scenarios in the later years of high school.
